All Mainland UK orders placed before 3.30pm (Monday - Friday) will usually be delivered within 1-2 days via our courier (DPD/UPS). You will receive additional delivery information directly from DPD/UPS shortly after your order has been dispatched. Certain parts of the UK (N. Ireland, Channel Islands, Highlands) can take up to 3 days for courier delivery. Europe and the rest of the World can take 5-21 days. Royal Mail Next Day Delivery is Mon-Friday unless £3 Saturday delivery charge is paid.
Software/accessories (Royal Mail)
All orders placed before 4pm (Monday - Friday) will usually be dispatched the same day using Royal Mail. Once dispatched they will usually arrive within 1-5 business days.
Pre-Orders are products that haven't been released yet, but that can still be reserved. Pre-orders are sometimes referred to as "advance orders". When you place a pre-order, we keep on file and then ship it to you based on when its release date coincides with your pre-order shipping schedule. We usually ship 2 days before release, 1 for games with a street date signed with supplier and publisher. Please note, release date is subject to change at any time.
We accept most Debit/Credit cards inc American Express via payment processor Stripe. In addition, we've partnered with Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and G-Pay. We also accept PayPal, PayPal Credit, Klarna and Zip so you can pay later or in instalments. We now accept Cryptocurreny (Bitcoin, Ethereum etc) via Coinbase.
We take payments for pre-orders straight away unless state otherwise in the 'order notes' when checking out. PRE-ORDER PRICE PROMISE - If the price drops before release, we'll refund the difference. Please note, using Make an Offer is an individual price based on time, supplier price (cheaper if we secure early), previous orders, community activty, reviews etc
If you have successfully made a payment via our credit/debit card gateway you will be able to reuse these card details on your next transaction by clicking 'Use this card'. If you wish to use a different card you will simply need to click the 'New card' button on the payment page. Note: We do NOT store ANY credit/debit card details on our system for security reasons.
If you want to make a purchase with Klarna using Pay later in 3, you’ll need to provide the following:

Will Zip affect my credit score? Zip performs a soft credit check with credit reference agencies to determine if you are eligible. This does not impact your credit score How do I pay with Zip? Is my payment information safe? Payment information is processed securely by our payment gateway provider. All transactions take place via secured connections that adhere to the latest industry standards and security protocols.
What happens if I cancel or return my order? Once the merchant has notified us of the cancellation/return and we’ve accepted it, Zip will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. As soon as we have registered your cancellation or return, Zip will process your refund within 10-15 business days. Any partial refunds will be applied to outstanding instalments first.
What happens if I don’t pay for my order? Zip will automatically attempt to collect payment for your Pay In 4 purchase from the card you entered when you signed up to Zip. If you miss a scheduled payment, Zip will give you 2 full days to process the payment yourself. On the third day after the payment was missed we will retry this payment again, if this retry is unsuccessful we will apply a £6 late fee to the instalment. A payment can be made by you at any time by logging into your Zip customer portal. Please make sure you have money in your account in advance of your payments coming out. Zip will contact you directly by email and SMS in advance every time as a reminder.
I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded? Refunds from Zip will be issued back to the card supplied to Zip. Is there really no interest applied and no extra fees when payments are made on time? Nope, Zip are not like some traditional finance companies. As long as you pay your scheduled payments on time you will only pay the price advertised. When will my payments be due? Payments are automatically scheduled to be taken every 2 weeks. You’ll pay 25% of your full purchase upfront, then 25% every 2 weeks for the next 6 weeks. Zip will try to take payment during the day and try again if unsuccessful. KLARNA/Zip - ITEM NOT RECEIVED DISPUTE - As Part of your terms and conditions of purchase, you agree to allow the above timescales (i.e. 15 working days after dispatch date) to pass BEFORE you open a Klarna/Zip Dispute relating to the said purchase. We check each digital order manually and process sending code via email provided within 30 minutes of payment Mon-Fri 9am-6pm. However, this can take longer if we need to make further checks asking for a Utility Bill or/and ID.
Using finance via Klarna, Zip and PayPal Credit for your digital product means we'll have to send the code to the billing address used and not to your email unless the correct information can be provided if we require verification.
